| | | We took a trip to Loveland, Colorado for our 6 year anniversary, so we could explore The Rocky Mountains and see what adventures life had to offer. Tevins friend Sean lived close to the area at the time, so we decided to have him come with us since he was a little more familiar with the area. We spent all day driving through the National Park, and hiking through meadows with deer grazing. We ate lunch on the side of the mountain, with the most beautiful views. So breathtaking you feel such an inner peace. We left Beaver Meadows, to try to find our next stop before dark. We were trying to find a lake, but me being the explorer I am, saw another path and had to take it. It was a small path off the main one that led to an open area with a waterfall rock area. In the center was a large rock, where I went to stand to get better pictures. Tevin joined me in the middle of this water, and we were talking about how beautiful it was. I kneeled down to touch the water and stood back up, and was telling Tevin how cold the water was with my back to him. I saw him kneel down out of the corner of my eye, and I thought he was checking the water also. When I turned around, to my surprise he was down on one knee, with a ring box open, and asked me to marry him. All while Sean caught the perfect moment on camera. Never in my life could I have asked for a more beautiful moment. |
